Your registration includes tequila tasting with souvenir shot glass, light appetizers and private access to the BioPark’s reptile building. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Cash bar available.

Silent Auctions: Please consider bringing items to contribute to the silent auctions, and your wallet to bid on things! Proceeds from our silent auction help fund student presentation awards.

Photo Contest: Do you think you have the best looking Lampropeltis or the most photogenic Phrynosoma? Show off your skills in our SWPARC 2025 photo contest! There will be two categories: reptiles and amphibians. Each participant may submit up to two printed 8×10 photos per category. Simply bring your printed photos to the registration table at the meeting. All entries will be displayed and meeting attendees will vote for their favorites. Winners in each category will receive prizes along with plenty of bragging rights. Whether it’s a funny frog or a sassy snake, we can’t wait to see your best shots!
